Official CDW Party x Design Burger

During this year’s Clerkenwell Design Week, we partnered with Dulux Trade and Clerkenwell Design Week to host the Official CDW Party inside one of London’s most extraordinary historic spaces, St Bartholomew the Great.

Sold out weeks before doors opened, the evening brought together designers, studios, brands and friends from across the creative industry for a relaxed close to the day, soundtracked by our DJ and accompanied by drinks from Birra Moretti and Old Mout Cider.

For over a decade, Clerkenwell Design Week has transformed one of London’s most creative districts into a city-wide platform for design, bringing together international brands, emerging studios, installations, exhibitions and conversations across showrooms, churches and historic buildings throughout Clerkenwell.

As one of the UK’s leading design festivals, CDW continues to create opportunities for collaboration and connection across the architecture and interiors community, encouraging both established and emerging voices to share ideas in spaces that feel uniquely tied to London’s design culture.

For us, being invited to host the Official CDW Party felt like a reflection of that same spirit centred around community.

Set within the remarkable surroundings of St Bartholomew the Great, the evening unfolded beneath soaring medieval architecture that have stood in London for almost 900 years. Founded in 1123, the church is the oldest surviving parish church in the City of London and remains one of the capital’s most atmospheric historic landmarks.

The contrast between the ancient setting and the contemporary design gave the night a distinct energy.

More than anything, the night highlighted what makes Clerkenwell Design Week so important within the wider design calendar. Beyond launches and installations, it continues to create spaces for genuine interaction between designers, brands, media and studios, reinforcing London’s position as one of the world’s most active creative hubs.
