Reimagine x Tom Dixon

In collaboration with Tom Dixon Studio and Visune we are pleased to launch the first episode of our brand new series, Reimagine.

The brief is simple, we invite you to reimagine one of Tom Dixon’s iconic lamps, putting your very own twist on the product, whether that’s in its form, arrangement, CMF or the environment you imagine it in. It is totally up to you.

On the Visune website you’ll be able to download the free assets to get you started, including ready-made KeyShot resources as well as FBX, STEP files and texture maps to use in any 3D software.

You can use whatever tools you desire to communicate your Reimagined design. Sketching, prototyping, rendering, anything goes.

The winner will be awarded:
-Melt Cone Fat Table LED
-A 2 week paid internship at Tom Dixon Studio *subject to the winner’s location
-A £500 voucher to spend on Visune
-A chance of the winning entry to be prototyped and tested

There will also be 3 x Melt Portable LED Lamps for the Runners Up and a £100 Visune voucher each.

Simply download the digital resources from the Visune site and submit your design on the submit page of the Design Burger website.
